So lemme see if I’ve got this straight:

Drumpf’s lawyers don’t want him to talk to Mueller under oath because he is not capable of telling the truth in sworn testimony.

Q: So you are saying he’s a liar?

A: No! He’s just incapable of telling the truth.

A: I didn’t say that. He’s just incapable of telling the truth under oath, and we don’t want to have him talking to Mueller under oath.

Okey dokey then. He’s not a liar, but he can’t help but lie.

I read somewhere that Trump lies because he has no concept of objective truth. He just says whatever is convenient for him at the time, regardless of it contradicting anything he has said before. He’s either not aware he’s lying or he just doesn’t care. Either way it’s sociopathic.
