Depends on the exact ruling in the upcoming Gamble v United States SCOTUS case. A (very likely) ruling striking down the separate sovereigns doctrine combined with a very broad definition of double jeopardy offenses could render State and local prosecutions untenable.
My recollection was that there is enough information on separate incidents that there could be both federal and state prosecutions that would never overlap.
