Owens works for/is associated with Prager U, which is not an accredited university, but still holds itself out as a “university”. The entity is a nonprofit based in Maryland. Maryland officials could go after Prager the same way NY officials did in shutting down Trump’s scam school.

Could they go after Prager U as a diploma mill?
