Well the state had decided that 75 and over would be the first group after first responders and then before they got very many of those done they opened it up to anyone over 65 which added about a million people and pretty much crushed the sign up sites, and then even before making a dent in that group they have now opened it up to another 400000 people. The process just seems suboptimal.

It would go better if they lowered the age by one or two years at a time, rather than a decade.
