So sorry to hear about the tinnitus. I understand that it can be debilitating.

So far, I think that I am lucky as I do not seem to have it.

And participating in WW2, with or without tinnitus had, I am sure, a high “this sucks” factor.

I have slight tinnitus due to many years of aircraft carriers, but I was a stickler for always wearing double hearing protection, even below decks.
