The Supreme Court of Louisiana rejected an appeal from the clinics Friday, so Louisiana’s abortion clinics are now permanently closed. Louisiana has one of the strictest bans in the country, with no exceptions for rape or incest. We are still waiting to see if the Kentucky Supreme Court will allow Kentucky’s clinics to reopen.
