I agree with you. I wish no religious figures were allowed to pray at these public events. Obama went to like 10 prayer breakfast/meeting/dinner/brunches that day. Get religion out of government.

But that’s not the case and preachers come and get religious all the damned time at these events and what Dr Lowery said is no radical. That’s my point.

Obama will never win. He’s either not Christian enough or too Christian. If he doesn’t go to prayer breakfasts, he must be a Muslim born in Kenya. If he goes, he’s just pushing it all over us! Makes my head explode.

Meanwhile, I never bow my head in public prayer. I say my prayer eyes open, head raised because inevitably the prayer ends with “In Jesus name we pray.” and I think… Oooo those crazy Christian folks got me again! I don’t pray to Jesus, so I don’t do public prayer.
