You’re right, we’re not talking about delivering dead babies. We’re talking about a pair of conditions where the fetus was determined to be non-viable (not dead yet, but cannot survive after birth) after the 5 month cut. At that point the choice is - or should be - continue to carry knowing it’s going to die (before or shortly after birth) or get an abortion.

Abortions are not birth control.
