Extra legroom is almost always worth it. That’s why the JetBlue moves recently are going to suck even more. I get the charging for checked bags (if everyone else is doing it, then they’re leaving money on the table to pad their bottom line), but they’re also squeezing more seats in, which reduces the pitch by a couple of inches. My knees do not appreciate that.
