Or, you could look at like arrogant assholes that have been able to shirk responsibility for their actions through their whole lives in the private world and think they can do the same in the public political world.

This is nothing new for the Trumps. They have fucked up a lot over the years. And they still were able to portray a level of business success only because Daddy turned his act into a reality show a bunch of dumbasses believed it.

But they are in a whole new world. A world of people with far more power than they ever had and bigger bullies too.

Can we watch it play out before we call the game? I’d like to see it get to the sixth inning at least. You know…watch where it goes before we hand the victory over because we don’t think we can compete.

Acknowledging that what we do could possibly have a difference means having to do hard work, knowing it still might not be effective. Being convinced that the game is fixed and nothing can be done allows one to be lazy and do nothing without feeling guilty about it.
