Any company I’ve ever worked for, either here in the Czech Republic* or back in the US, a person would be fired right on the goddamn spot for that kind of shit.

* An old friend of my boss came in here a couple of years back and created an American-style HR department. It worked wonders - and she also created zero-tolerance policies for sexual harassment. Since then, she’s been consulting with Czech companies and their HR departments and instituting the same.

It just sounds like a disgusting work environment. What the hell is wrong with some people? I’ve always gone out of my way to respect all my coworkers.
