I had forgotten this, but please note: The OSHA mandate is not yet dead. The Supreme Court granted a stay of the mandate pending resolution of the litigation. Is it bad, yes; see the tweet below. This ruling is a nakedly partisan floating dumpster fire. But the mandate isn’t dead yet.

A finding of “irreparable harm” in the absence of a stay is supposedly a requirement.
