Sigh. Too many people who are either vegan or lactose intolerant in the family! My sister is the baker (and cook) in the family — wonder if margarine and vegan cream cheese would work.
I made this a couple of years ago using Tofutti and Country Crock plant butter but kept the eggs so it was pareve but not vegan. It was kinda meh but I guess you should add a bunch of fresh fruit as a topping.
