They emailed me for an interview today, but the email wound up in my junk folder; I didn’t find it until it was too late. They interviewed me a couple of times back when all this crap hit the fan in 2005, but they stopped calling after I disagreed with something they obviously wanted me to agree with (what, exactly, I don’t recall). I got the impression they wanted me to validate their theories, some of which I agree with, and others—such as their belief that CU defense attorney Patrick O’Rourke should have played all those incendiary audio clips for the jury—I do not, for reasons I’ve posted on PB.

What O’Rourke needed to do was impeach each one of Churchill attorney David Lane put on the stand to swear what a great scholar & all-around swell guy Churchill is. Each one of them has made a ridiculous (and easily refutable) assertion about Churchill in print.
