Today was a good day for me, though. I got the sale I needed and got into the higher commission bracket I’d sought. It means an additional commission check in January and having met my sales targets. It also meant that my success in September was not a fluke and I really have improve my ability to do my job. So, small though they’ll be, I’ll have earned those things I give and receive this Christmas and I can go into my Christmas break with a sense of satisfaction in a job well done.

It’s so satisfying when you realize you’ve accomplished something. Moving to the next level of sales is something few people ever do.
