Well, unless you can prove it, it’s just a speculative position that should not be a basis for any laws.

If you do, we disagree strongly on that. I don’t think that it’s a vague possibility that, if incest were fully legal, there would be parent-child relationships that were coercive, either.
I didn’t say the above a vague possibility, though. The vague possibility is such a relationship + non-reporting of abuse as a child because of continued coercion.
My main point though is that those who engage in such relationship with consent while adults should be left alone, regardless of a possibility that some other people engage in it through coercion. Nobody canceled presumption of innocence. Actual lack of consent (basically, rape) should be proven in each case.
