That’s not uncommon, from the various internet postings the last week.

Jerry Coyne launched into William Lane Craig for using the Sandy Hook massacre as a preaching tool to illustrate the real meaning of Christmas.

I kid you not.

I just don’t understand how anyone can use those senseless deaths as a sign that God loves people. What kind of God would deliberately allow those deaths as a means to gain worshippers?

Sounds like an evil bastard of a God to me. If he’s my only option, I’ll stick with my atheism, thanks.
