I honestly believe he forgets he’s the President, you know? Like he’s just some rich schlub commenting on what he hears on the TV, which has no real consequences, except that Presidents are not supposed to do that, and when they do, it has consequences.

Sooner or later, he’s going to tweet out an accidental confession of some crime he committed.
