When shareholders band together to maximize their investment and earning potential by founding a corporation then that is a good thing and the very Spirit of Capitalism.

But when workers band together to maximize their bargaining and earning power, that is Union Thuggery…

Go figure.

I was thinking the same thing about benefits. When unions work together to get benefits for them and their members, it’s bad but when the CEO gets a bonus that is more than the median income of this country, it’s hard work being rewarded. My problem as I’ve long stated isn’t really with wealth in itself but with wealth at the expense of others. It is well documented that since the early 80’s that executive salaries have skyrocketed while worker salaries have stayed relatvely stagnant and that’s not good.
