It will not matter. Once CNBC is labeled by The Grand Old Party as a member of mean mainstream media the ‘base’ will not listen to anything else.

And this whole bitching about mainstream media is just so stupid. If anything FOX has made the other channels study their model and I think they have all gone to a neutral stance not choosing any side as to not offend. I really do not think there is pure liberal media. Well, if there ever has been.

The GOP has a way more flexible media to mess with than they ever have. It’s just all part of the show to keep whipping them for some extra votes and keep that ‘base’ ready to pounce and do their bidding.
