I would suggest βSicilianβ pizza is technically thick crust. And, as I recall, was hugely popular during my youth in NYC
I was once laying in bed in a hotel room with my travel mate in her bed across the room, talking about the great pizza Iβve had in Chicago, and suddenly I realized I was in Sicily, talking about Chicago pizza. Didnβt seem right.
