I have some chicken breast thawed. I have some bbq sauce but the oven is not working and no grill…

Hmm. Chop some tater and set to frying. Cut the chicken into smallish pieces and stir in when the taters are done. Add a light dash of the sauce for the last couple of minutes? In my cast iron fry pan of course.

Thoughts or suggestions?
