So they’re charging MurderCop with murder AND manslaughter? Sounds like they’re already trying to find a way to clear this guy. I can see them passing on the murder charge saying what he did didn’t meet the threshold and slap his wrist with manslaughter.

Isn’t that actually the way to guarantee conviction? Not murder, then manslaughter!
