1. If you order something from E-Bay, don’t try to use a Prepaid American Express Gift Card. Pay Pal will not accept it. Use a Visa Pre-Paid card instead.

(No I don’t trust Pay Pal, Have had two cards compromised by them and will only use prepaid any more) and
