Klys, you right. That is something I think a good thing for Democrats in the long run if we take advantage of it. Weiner got taken down for sending photos to willing recipients who were of legal age. The kernel of John Edwards’s downfall was an extramarital affair. The only reason that happens is because Dems are busy fighting the social war, trying to prove an antiquated moral purity to people who use it as both cudgel and shield. If nothing else, going forward, we should not allow that line of attack to propagate in the future, and we should absolutely point the finger at the Trumps every single time. Oh also at the Palins. Yes, point out the moral fluidity of the Trumps and the Palins (just the ones of legal age) all the time, and just *maybe*, we’ll stop being on the defensive for being people?
