If your intended target is 800 IS fighters, and you hit 36, that’s less than 5%.

In fact, that’d be a failing rate, which should make military commanders consider whether there were more practical weapons or methods of dealing with the threat at this time.

How can they expect any kind of accuracy in the body count (especially so soon) when such a bomb would have completely obliterated any corpses for a rather large radius? Sure we might only find a few corpses in the tunnels but there could still be a lot of dead people that will never be findable.
