cheers, I finally opened one of the bottles of white wine sitting in my cupboard to go along with my salmon, and am on my way to finishing it, which I almost never do (most of them get used up as cooking wine after they have gone off after sitting unfinished for a week)

I’m a bit nervous about this. I find myself having a beer with lunch and then twoish glasses of wine with dinner. I’m not worried about blowing through my liver, but I really prefer to have something to go to that keeps me from drinking in the afternoon.
