I had forgotten this, but please note: The OSHA mandate is not yet dead. The Supreme Court granted a stay of the mandate pending resolution of the litigation. Is it bad, yes; see the tweet below. This ruling is a nakedly partisan floating dumpster fire. But the mandate isn’t dead yet.

Its just mostly dead. When a judge says the other side is likely to prevail on the merits, you have a huge mountain to climb to change their minds.
