It most certainly is not calling for his execution - he’s entitled to a fair trial because he’s in the United States. Doesn’t mean he deserves it which is an entirely different argument.

Then you’re using the word pretty loosely. If you say someone doesn’t deserve a fair trial that generally means you’d be happy if they didn’t get one.
