So, from what I’ve read, the court threw out any legal precedent that would have been established on whether an immigrant can receive an abortion because the doctor in question wasn’t available and then was available for the abortion. (She did have her abortion, btw.) Basically, the next person who tries this will just have to fight again.

Yep, it means that the government can keep trying to force teen immigrants to have babies. Then, knowing Trump, it will take the babies away from them.
