Powell can believe whatever she wants. The fact is that she can’t identify any actual fraud. None of them can. It doesn’t exist. No fraud to turn the election to Trump’s favor. No systematic fraud. She couldn’t prove it anywhere.

There may very well have been systemic fraud; after all Trump encouraged his supporters to vote twice. Do we really know how many Trump cultists followed that suggestion and whether it was enough to affect results in certain states?
