You said it all. While nothing is being said, I do get the general feeling that people somehow know they have been duped. The enthusiasm for his “great leadership” has turned more into “what can he do for me” . At least that is the sense I get from Chicagoans. There is a silence followed by Oh did you see that Michelle wore blah, blah, blah…I don’t think anyone is stupid enough to take him seriously as a leader.
