On behalf of Canadians I feel I must apologize, of course we do recognize insanity and stupidity as a mental disorder. However since we shut down our mental hospitals we simply put them in halfway houses and let them run amok on the streets.

And you wonder where all those cute fancy words like “eh”, “aboot”, “gopher”, “poutine”, and “NDP” come from…now you know!

No apology necessary.
As an American might I suggest putting them in elected office? It seems to be all the rage down here.
