Nugent: Stevie Wonder’s Florida boycott inspired by drug abuse

Speaking to right-wing talk show host and occasional Fox News contributor Andrea Tantaros on Tuesday, National Rifle Association board member Ted Nugent declared that musicians like Stevie Wonder, who plan to boycott the state of Florida in the wake of George Zimmerman’s acquittal, are brain-damaged from a lifetime of drug abuse and must not know what they are doing.

“When you live in a fog of denial, usually inspired by a substance abuse — you know with all the lies about dope being a victimless crime, I think you’re listening to the victims of this dopey crime, because their brains are fried,” he said. “They’re either fried on substance abuse, and all of them know who I’m talking about.”

Nugent added that he thinks it is hypocritical to boycott Florida when the city of Chicago has one of the worst violent crime rates in the country. “Sometimes you can’t bring truth into a liar’s life,” he said, adding that he plans to boycott Chicago instead.

Can he boycott California too then?
