Internships should be paid and I am honestly surprised more conservatives don’t embrace the concept. Conservatives are always bitching about how many young people in this generation live with Mom and Dad still.Well if you paid an intern, that person could live on their own and develop independent skills. It’s a load of shit not to pay interns. I’ve worked internships where I’ve been paid and where I haven’t. My work incentive was always higher at the paying one. Riddle me that.

Conservatives desire to create a permanent underclass of wage-slaves that are just that — slaves in all but name, owned by their 1% masters. Unpaid internships are one of the best ways of enforcing that. Work your ass off, using time that SHOULD have been spent earning money to get out under the yoke of corporate domination, to do work for free instead.
