Part of why I never, ever wear headphones on the bike. I don’t need any distractions - traffic on La Brea and Venice both can get heavy sometimes.

I’ll use headphones on a bike path that’s not on a main road, but that’s about it. The other one that confuses me is people who wear headphones while skiing/snowboarding. Maybe it’s just because I grew up skiing in a time when you really couldn’t do that, but when I tried, it just threw me completely off.
