Iām a little leery that the āprocedureā dodge opens the way for some shenanigans like a 2 a.m. āhearingā that wasnāt announced or attended that somehow āprovesā the process or the procedure was āGoodā and then they can vote on the thing.
I may be reading into this:
Breaking: John McCain comes out against Graham-Cassidy: āI cannot in good conscience vote for the Graham-Cassidy proposal.ā
