Who’s scriptures are you talking about? I’m only familiar with the Hebrew bible, and there’s the “בהמות” (behemoth) in Job, that IIRC some xtians say is a rhino or an elephant.

And, when I worked for the Walt Disney Company, we had our own scriptures, with our own flying-elephant mythology.
