Walter, as a former CO resident, I’m deeply relieved to hear Conifer is safe. Will Evergreen be the next community to wake up?

Hopefully… we’ve asked them if they would just come over peacefully… we’ll see… now Boulder… well… we’ve already given up on Boulder… major problem over there… although a lot of use have already picked out the MacMansions in Boulder that we want to inhabit after Armageddon.
