I’m of the opinion that there’s nothing criminal there, if only because “The Elite” have written the laws to make such things perfectly legal. But what probably is there is proof that, for one or more years, Willard was getting by without paying any taxes while socking away millions into foreign accounts.

Oh I didn’t mean to imply I thought there was something criminal, I think it could be something like that which could be politically damaging in the court of public opinion.
