Americans give a higher favorable rating to both President Barack Obama and Republican nominee Mitt Romney, a post-election USA Today/Gallup poll indicated.

Any idea on who’s behind this effort to continue to push Mitt Romney into our mind space, and not only give him space but to make him look better?
