25% of Belgium’s population is not white (that is a fact) and they still have lower crime rate than all of white America (I just made that part up). Overall, Belgium’s population, even though it is a quarter non European has lower crime than America’s total population, including the white part (fact).

You failed to break that down into Flemish and Walloon demographics.
