Not a fan of sauerkraut, either alone, or paired with hot dogs, felafel, or sauerbraten. However, hot dogs and cole slaw? Woo! I think it’s a texture thing - the crispy/tangy/creamy with the sharp of the hot dog and spicy brown mustard. That’s a perfect combo IMO.
