So… I spent the day having so much fun. Not.

It seems I make too much money per month to be on BadgerCare any more. But I won’t make enough this year money to qualify for a tax credit for the Health Insurance Marketplace… Unless I wish to cough up about $400 a month I don’t get to have health insurance as things stand. I finally got the number for the Advocate here in town so I’ll call her tomorrow. Right now is sleeping time since I have to work tonight.

We really need single payer.

Sounds like you might be in the hole that expanded state Medicaid is supposed to fill. Unless your governor is an asshole and turned down the federal expansion money.
