Whether it was too much or not I don’t know, but a person on a freeway is a major hazard that has to be handled quickly.

He wasn’t alone. He was part of a human barricade blocking the highway.

Those cops just don’t give a fuck. They’re flaunting their brutality in front of anyone who will watch.
