VP of Business Development: “Sir, I believe we’ve found a way to maximize the profit from each nuclear weapon we build.”

CEO: “Let’s hear it!”

VP of BD: “We studied how these ‘nuclear weapons’ are used, and it turns out - THEY’RE NOT!”

CEO: “What? They spend tens of billions of dollars on things they don’t use?”

VP of BD: “That’s right, sir. And once we understood that, we realized all we needed to do was to make them LOOK like a nuclear bomb, but leave out the expensive, exploding parts. We put together a couple old circuit boards, some wires, and some old propane tanks, and it really looks convincing!”

CEO: “And they’ll pay for this? They won’t test them?”

VP of BD: “That’s the best part! They signed an agreement saying they wouldn’t!”

That actually sounds like a pretty good idea. LOL
