Of all the countries in the world, Canada is the closest in attitude to the US. Get those peers to look at how Canada implemented single payer health care. It wasn’t swift & it wasn’t all inclusive. People had to be convinced it would work & even now there are many on the right fighting to modify or eliminate single payer.

It takes work, and it takes time. Then it takes more work.

Oh believe me I’ve tried but I get called a Neo-Lib if I point things out. It’s frus because ya know, their hearts are in the right place but they’re so frustrating because incrementalism irnt in their vocabulary.
