Conservatives are going to be in a bind over this. They think bakeries can deny LGBT people services but they’re going to cheer this on. Honestly, I think Dicks should have just decided to refuse to sell guns anymore period to make this easier to litigate.

They’re not going to be in a bind. They’re going to declare that one’s a “right” (buying a semi-auto rifle) and the other’s a “privilege” (buying a wedding cake). And then go further by saying in the latter case, the gay couple is actually infringing on the owner’s “right” by demanding they violate their “deeply held religious beliefs.”
