I think that was the first thing Pelosi got passed. Mitch blocked it in the Senate because Mitch is a dick.

The filibuster must be reformed so Mitch can’t block it next year. But if the GOP keeps the Senate majority, we are royally screwed. Its just as important as the presidency.
