Let’s be blunt here. The German Government has been moronic at best on this.

What was all the car fires about in France a few years back. All I remember was immigrants not being able to assimilate.

I watched the Ambassador to the US from France on CSPAN during that time. He said they have no “differences” in France. All people are the same, not like in the US where we divide people into groups, we recognize minorities.

Yet, the violence was happening in France at the time. I took it to mean they don’t have Cultural Food Fests like we do in just about every major city in the summer. Which I missed this year in Chicago, :(
